The usage of the operating system is
lower than that of Windows 7 during the same period after release. There
is no clear reason for this phenomenon yet, but we might find a clue
from top 10 issues of Windows 8 according to user feedback.
According to the statistics, Windows 8 users were most likely to be
confused on issues about Windows 8 installation/upgrade/activation,
performance & maintenance, network & sharing, hardware & drivers, sound
& video, software & App. 15% users say they encounter errors during
installation/activation. 11% users have difficulties in software/apps
such as being unable to install certain program or certain program
cannot work properly on Windows 8. 9.3% users have problems with their
hardware and drivers.
These issues are compromising users’ confidence in Windows 8. From the
statistics above, Windows 8 installation and software installation are
the two most outstanding issues. Although Windows 8 presents innovative
metro UI and app store, the applications became another issue for most
users because they encounter a variety of app related problems. Such
problems include being unable to install an application and certain
applications could not work properly on the new operating system, etc.
Furthermore, some programs/drivers are not compatible with Windows 8
even though most programs/drivers claim to support Windows 8.
Whenever your installed the video driver it will create problem like this "System starts but it will not go to desktop window again it will ask enter the password".
